Our Facility

Our shop offers cutting-edge precision welding solutions featuring four Hamilton Standard and PTR high-voltage 150kV electron beam welding machines, recognized as some of the most modern EB welding equipment in any job shop. With pump-down times ranging from just 30 seconds to 3 minutes, we ensure lower processing costs and higher production rates while maintaining exceptional quality. Our precision welding machines achieve weld penetrations from .001" to 2.00" in a single pass. 

1 Hamilton Standard — 36" x 28" x 30" chamber, 3kW, 150kV @ 20mA. Fine beam control with precision X, Y, and rotary table controls. High vacuum of 10⁻⁴ torr with a 45-second pump-down time. 

1 PTR — 36" x 30" x 36" chamber, 7.5kW, 150kV @ 50mA. IKE beam current control for high-speed beam pulsing, precision X, Y, and rotary table controls, and 5-axis CNC control. High vacuum of 10⁻⁴ torr with a 30-second pump-down time — one of the newest, most advanced electron beam welders utilized for our welding services. 

2 Hamilton Standard — 52" x 36" x 36" chamber, 7.5kW, 150kV @ 50mA. Programmable beam current control and CNC-controlled X, Y, and rotary table. Chamber extensions up to 200 inches. High vacuum of 10⁻⁴ torr with a 3-minute pump-down time.

Our TIG welding equipment offers precision welding solutions that produce high-quality welds across a wide range of materials, including copper, titanium, stainless steel, nickel, high- and low-carbon steel, tool steels, and aluminum.

We utilize 2 Lincoln square wave 255-amp TIG welders with rotary fixtures, 2 Miller AC/DC inverter, programmable welders ranging from 1–350 amps, and 1 L-TEC inverter TIG welder with a capacity of 1–250 amps. Additionally, our welding services are enhanced by a fully automated and programmable Thermodynamics plasma arc welder and 2 custom-made chambers designed for welding in an argon atmosphere.

1 10kVA, 4" throat, 12" diameter press-type spot welder for precision welding, 3 3kVA Raytheon spot welders, and 1 10kVA stud welder, providing top-notch welding services.

4 stereo zoom microscopes, along with various verniers, micrometers, and height gauges, are essential for precision welding tasks. Additionally, we have gage pins and size blocks, as well as multimeters for the calibration of electrical equipment and meters, ensuring top-notch welding services. Furthermore, our facility includes 1 Leybold LE100 helium mass spectrometer and 4 surface plates to support high-quality operations.

1 Excello milling machine, 1 Clausing 8" lathe, 1 band saw, 2 belt sanders, 3 grinders, and buffing machines, 2 drill presses, and 1 48" brake are all part of our workshop, which is equipped to support precision welding and various welding services.

Oxy-acetylene cutting and brazing torches for precision welding, 1 20-ton arbor press, and 1 Greeve pre-heat and stress-relieve oven, 30" x 30" x 60" are essential tools for our welding services.
